What is your favorite thing to do?

My favorite thing to do involves being outdoors.

How would you describe the word “community?”

To me, “Community” is described as coming together with others to accomplish what cannot be done alone.

Can you tell a story of where you recently saw GOD at work around you, through you, or in you?

God was at work through me when a page from the Daily Bread was mailed to a family member in support of their seeker questions. In my growth with the Lord, the seeker’s response is between them and God, and not mine to manage.

Favorite food?

Fresh food is my favorite fuel.

What is the worst thing or embarrassment that happened to you as a child (think funny anecdote)?

Willing to stand by my belief that the plant was not poison ivy, I “schooled” my brothers by rubbing the leaf on my leg. The blisters took weeks to heal and the lesson a lifetime of humble itching.

Favorite Bible verse? Why?

Matthew 25:23

His master replied, ‘Well done, good and faithful servant! You have been faithful with a few things; I will put you in charge of many things. Come and share your master’s happiness!’

This verse is a favorite as it portrays a relationship with our Heavenly Father and all that is entrusted to us; the Holy Spirit, abilities and grace filled salvation. To be found faithful in sharing this relationship makes this a favorite verse.
